• Do you do projects like hotels?
  Definitely. We have been doing projects for more than a decade. Let us know about the projects so we can provide any information necessary.
• I have a design. Can you make it?
  Yes we accept designs as long as we have the capabilities to do the said design. Let us know everything about designs to discuss it further.
• I'm interested to order some items. How can I do that?
  You can contact us by email using our inquiry form in Contact page. Or, if you have specific goods and quantity, you can pass it to us and we will reply to you with our offer and/or proforma invoice. All goods have approximate cubication for you to calculate space for a container (hint: one 1x40' High Cube is around 70-74 m3).
• I'm a retailer. Can I get your goods directly?
  Yes, as our facility allows us to service the needs of retailers. For markets where we have representatives and distributor, however, you may contact them to acquire our products as they would be able to provide better services and lead time.
• What is the minimum order for me to import?
  The minimum order should be enough for 1x40' container.
• How will you determine exclusivity?
  Generally, if a customer do not purchase from us in two years, we consider the market to be open again. A case by case basis will be deterimed for exclusivity, depending on the size of the market, customer?s record with our company, and others.
• I'm from country [x]. Can I import your goods to that country?
  If we do not have any existing customer in the market, then you are more than welcomed to import our products. For markets with existing customers, we adopt a policy of line exclusivity. It means that we will protect a line from being purchased by two customers that might compete against each other, therefore avoiding conflict of interests.
